                               Rebecca comes from a large Military Family. She was born and mostly raised in Wheeling, West Virginia. Rebecca earned her Bachelors Degree from West Liberty University and taught for 4 years during her schooling. She enlisted into the Army Reserves at the age of 24. She served 6 years in the Reserves, 5 of which she was a Civilian Military Technician. Before joining the BCVSC, she worked for the 961st Engineer Company in Sharonville, OH. She has two children and has lived in Hamilton since December of 2015.
