The Survivor's Pension benefit, is a tax-free monetary benefit payable to a low income, un-remarried surviving spouse and/or unmarried child(ren) of a deceased veteran with wartime service. The minimum service requirement for the Survivor's Pension are the same as the non-service connected disability pension. Survivor's Pension is also based on a yearly family income with the income limits set by Congress to qualify. Please contact our office for more details.
